The International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO),

Is a non-profitable foundation.

Location - The headquarters is situated in Geneva, Switzerland.

Established - IBO was founded in 1968.

It offers two educational programmes: The diploma Programme, Career-related Programme for students aged between 15 to 19.

The two programs: Middle Years Programme for students of age between 11 to 16, and Primary Years Programme for children of age between 3 to 12.

To teach these programmes, schools must be authorised by the International Baccalaureate [IB].
